This is an excellent recipe to turn tired boring pork chops into mouth watering kick butt pork chops. I've served these to people who said they don't like pork and they've left my table asking for the recipe!
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
4 tablespoons Chili sauce
8 each Pork chops
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour over seasoned chops in glass baking dish, cover and bake at 400 F degrees for 1-1/2 hours, uncovering last 30 minutes. For a more savory taste, grill over hot mesquite charcoal until just done. Water may be added to the left over marinade to make gravy.
