- 4 large tomatoes,
- skinned and finely chopped 4 Vidalia or purple onions,
- finely chopped 1/2 tsp Jalapeno's
- Crushed 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
- 2 tsp Coriander Leaf
- 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbs lime juice or lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together and chill until required. Serve with grilled or pan fried meats, as a dip with tortilla chips or to accompany Mexican dishes.
