Tex Mex Salsa

Here's a little Salsa recipe that will spice up your BBQ! You can exchange the Jalapeno's for a milder Pepper is you don't like really hot salsa.

  • 4 large tomatoes,
  • skinned and finely chopped 4 Vidalia or purple onions,
  • finely chopped 1/2 tsp Jalapeno's
  • Crushed 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
  • 2 tsp Coriander Leaf
  • 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbs lime juice or lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients together and chill until required. Serve with grilled or pan fried meats, as a dip with tortilla chips or to accompany Mexican dishes.
